🔄 Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of vape products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

You may request a refund or replacement only if:
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ Products arrived damaged or defective
✔ Product quantity is incorrect

To qualify, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos + unboxing video as proof

Without proper evidence, claims may be denied.


🎥 Proof Required

To process a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  1. Clear photos of the products

  2. Unboxing video showing the issue

  3. Product packaging photo

  4. Order number

This helps us verify issues and resolve them quickly.


🛠️ Damaged / Defective Products

If your vape products arrive damaged or malfunctioning:

  • Contact us within 48 de ore

  • Provide proof (images + unboxing video)

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They arrive defective

  • They arrive damaged

If the product is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

✘ Lost or stolen packages after delivery
✘ Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
✘ Customer changed mind after shipping
✘ Damage caused by misuse


🚫 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

📦 Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • Re-shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


🌍 Customs & Duties

Local import taxes or customs fees are non-refundable.
If customs returns your package, shipping fees are not refunded.
