🔍 How to Track Your Vape Order

Step 1 — Find Your Tracking Number

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number.

Step 2 — Open the Tracking Page

Visit our tracking portal or the courier’s tracking site to view updates:

👉 Enter your tracking number to check shipment details

You will be able to see:

  • Shipment status

  • Current location

  • Estimated delivery time

  • Delivery confirmation


Step 3 — Track via Courier Website

You may track your package directly on the courier’s tracking platform.
(Example: DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS, etc.)

Tracking updates will display once the carrier scans your package.


🚚 Tracking Not Updating?

It is normal for tracking to take 24–48 hours to update after shipping.
If no update appears after 3 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.


📦 What If My Package Is Delayed?

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather issues

  • High shipping volume

  • Incorrect delivery address

We will work closely with logistics partners to resolve any delay as soon as possible.


Package Marked Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot find the package:

  1. Confirm with household members / reception

  2. Check around delivery area

  3. Contact your local carrier

  4. Contact us if still not found

Once a package is marked Delivered, 20K Vape cannot be held responsible for theft or loss — but we will help file a claim if possible.


🔄 Wrong Address?

If you entered the wrong delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not shipped, we can update your shipping details.
If already shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting — reshipping cost will be paid by the customer.
