1. Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Refund request submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.


2. Non-Returnable Vape Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Disposable vapes that have been used or activated

  • E-liquids with broken seals

  • Final-sale or clearance products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage

Please check all items carefully upon receipt before opening.


3. Defective or Incorrect Vape Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect vape:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue

  3. Once verified, we will offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund to your original payment method

Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives the correct, working product they paid for.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions for the return.

  • All items must be shipped back in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after inspection

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or SEPA QR).


5. Order Cancellation Policy

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed, and you may need to follow the return process after delivery.


6. Lost or Missing Packages

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
